Reinforced CNC-Machined Tail Boom Bracket

This Reinforced CNC-Machined Bracket is built for UAV tail boom structures. It offers high rigidity and lightweight performance. The bracket is made from AL6061-T6 forged or extruded aluminum. This material provides excellent strength and corrosion resistance. By the tech of CNC-machining with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm, it’s ensures consistent alignment under flight load. The bracket suits payload drones, long-endurance UAVs, and industrial aerial systems.

Each part goes through multiple production steps. These include aluminum forging or extrusion, CNC milling, and precision turning. Deep pockets and ribs reduce weight while keeping strength.

The surface treatment is hardened and anodized to meet MIL-STD standards. Optional clear or color anodizing adds UV protection and helps part identification. These features make it ideal for modular drone builds. Typical applications include tail boom supports in fixed-wing or VTOL drones. It can also mount rear propulsion units, antennas, or GPS modules. The bracket fits carbon fiber arms and payload mounts.

It also serves as a link between fuselage frames and flight control units. Many drone systems use it for gimbal mounts, thermal sensors, and mapping cameras.

CTT provides full in-house production, including casting, extrusion, CNC machining, and anodizing. Our complete process ensures stable quality and shorter lead times. Parts are ready for modern UAV assembly standards.
